Then again I'm playing on hard mode so the endgame fights have been kind of tough.
I feel like playing on Hard would have improved my gameplay experience significantly. Especially considering some of the most fun I had playing this game was when struggling to beat all the Ranked Challenges whilst being significantly under-leveled.
And yes I realize I could have just changed the difficulty at any time but I never did lol.
It is fun to have to go out and hope for an Epic/Legendary/Mythical drop of just the item you need to come back and finally beat that boss that has been wiping the floor with you. Alienation had these kinds of chance drops too and it made the gameplay fun and exciting, since you can't predict what you're going to get and you have to just roll with it until something better comes along.
