Report a translation problem
The car scales up to the level that is the minimum for all the installed parts. So if you're using one of the found parts - the car would automatically try to scale up to it, requiring the fancy components.
I did make all the parts for the hover bot. The problem stems from the fact that it requires more materials and zeni in order to combine them with the core frame, and one of the materials needed is the Quality Raptor Alloy. I also only had one or two options for each part of the Hover bot also, so I crafted what I could.
continue the story until you have the option to craft them at the workshop
Thanks kia256 for the tip about parts scaling. That's what helped me figure I had made a mistake.
