Game running slow at startup

This game seems to have resolution issues. It detected my 4k display, but I could tell the game wasn't running in that resolution. Changed to fullscreen instead of borderless and restarted the game. It now starts up and takes 10 minutes to get to the start screen. It runs at very low fps during this period. Once it sits at the title screen for over 5-10 minutes it finally goes back to full speed.

Mine doesn’t. Let it sit for 15 minutes at the title screen. Still 1 fps. Guess I am refunding

was same for at 4k eventually got to options using mouse and set it to border-less window working fine now

Borderless resolution wont scale to 4k for me for some reason. Stays at the default 720. Game needs a patch.
