Steambot Chronicles?

Mech elements remind me greatly of steambot chronicles. Was this inspired by it?

This is an Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball) creation. The old-school mech designs are a thing we see in all his works.

Graphic novel/manga maybe. but Im talking more about the actual gameplay. I'll hold out until I see streams and game flow but it looks promising.

The gameplay does feel a lot like a faster, more dynamic Steambot Chronicles as far as the demo goes. Mechs are more agile than the ol' Trotmobiles, with dash boosters and jetpacks, and way more heavily armed.
