I could imagine that there will be some kind of Pre-order DLC, like Namco Bandai tends to do with other games. One such case that I remember off the top of my head is the pre-order bonus SSJ4 Vegeta for the first Xenoverse, which was not released afterwards. Maybe they will include a small DragonBall crossover DLC (cosmetics) or, which I would personally prefer, something from Dr. Slump.
And the game isn't announced for the Nintendo Switch (or its successor), which is the only platform without an achievement system.
I don't think the game will have any bonuses for importing other games save data and the age rating is yet to be determined.
