I assume you're talking about LEVEL 4 - "ENTRY LEVEL POSITION."

Use the area at the start with all the rat enemies behind glass to complete this challenge.

Stand near the last glass section down the hall and bait the grenade throwing enemy into thowing a grenade here.

Then quickly run up and kill the grenade throwing enemy,
get in the elevator and charge up your kick.

All the rats should stream towards you all grouped up.

Should be able to get it here, but it does take some luck.

Im actuallly encountering same problem in riot control, for some reason in there they are actually bugged, because a youtuber I watched succesfully got them first try and it counts my attempt as zero. Is this a skill issue or nah?

I got it on Entry Level Position rat hallway with the Flash Kickers since it makes the "kick" last long enough to score the KOs. The animation shows a flurry of kicks, but it counts as one.

From my guide for Riot Control (with Chargers):

"Once you reach the section of the level with a series of doors, kick through the first door and kill the enemy. Then fully charge kick while directly in front of the next door and aim in a straight line. You should be able to get 5 kills here, though it may take a few attempts."

It may take a few attempts for whatever reason, but I was definitely able to get it as well as others I've spoken to with chargers using this method.
