I have a 1660 super, I need to know before I'm buying it. Not allowing myself to get a broken game like Lords of the Fallen.
Surprisingly i did not experience any shader cache stuttering which is typical for UE engine, only very minor loading stutter when game is loading new location.

Windows 10 is a legal virus and needs to be beaten into submission, optimising can be painful.
RTX 3090

max settings + DLSS quality
In the largest, most open areas I get ~75fps and this is where stuttering happens when looking around. Normally this would happen when your frame rate is suffering but in this game it happens no matter what. In the smaller, more enclosed areas this doesn't happen. However once you're in some of the more vast areas the stutters begin
I get stutters too, dlss 3 enabled, details on high. I get them while moving mouse around quickly. Also it's the worst while using the lift. Then I have big drops form 60fps to 45ish fps.
edit: I lowered shadows to medium and it's much better now.
