Question: What should i do if my account on Global is above lvl 10 already. Just looked into it and it's actually reached 20, long time ago i was looking into the global server, but as it was far behind in terms of updates comparing to SEA i abandoned the idea in the end.
So how me and players with similar situaton can apply the account transfer from SEA and delete the current Global account?

Can I still get a transfer code or not any more?
I seem to have missed all news regarding this transfer.

If I can't I'll just take the L and move on..

Well there is a couple of options here, perhaps try deleting the Global account (when you click on account icon, do you not get the option to delete?) and see if this resets account to level 1, this will take you through the painful first steps of the tutorial, but it should in theory work.
If you have linked your account in SEA via twitter or some other means, another thing you can try if there is a log out button on Steam version of Counterside, log out and log in using your alternative linked account (whether that was appleID, twitter, gmail etc.).

The only other option I can think of is if you start up a new account on your mobile phone, use the transfer code on that account, link your phone account to your steam account and hopefully this will overwrite the global account when you log back into steam? This is just a question, not sure if it will work, but I think it is the most plausible solution.

The point I'm trying to get at is, it is currently possible to log in with your linked steam account on an iphone or android phone (try using an emulator?) to see what you can do to reset that account to level 1, there must be a way, it might require you to create a new apple/gmail/twitter account from a different device etc. and you should be able to transfer your SEA account without any issues.

Sorry to hear about that man, maybe reach out to Studio B side support on Counterside discord to see if there is anything that can be done. But with the SEA Server closed getting the transfer code might not be possible, it sounds like that transfer code was your only means of transferring your SEA progress. If you had just logged in at least once in the last 3 or 4 months on the SEA client while SEA server was still online, you would have noticed the notification in-game immediately, there was announcements from various sources, in game notifications, YouTube videos etc. the due diligence was put in months in advance to let everyone know that transfer registration was available...but I suppose none of that is going to help you now.

Oh right, thank you for suggestion. Actually i've additioanlly contacted the support via email after writing here and they gave me quite simple solution: In the [Settings] > [Manage Account] there is also a [Reset Server] key (you can even see it on the srceeshot image in this thread), it successfully cleaned my account info, so i just quickly sprinted through the soft-locked initial part of the game, and then successfully used the Transfer Code and transferred my SEA account data.
Hope it will help anyone who may have similar account issue as me.
