Just a FYI be sure to farm for a decent exclusive equipment for your Bell Cranel. It has the ability to slot ground resist even though it is a weapon alongside the fixed aspd stat it comes with.

All the EE's for this collab do. They are probably the best RES weapons in the entire game because of this, though the drop rate on the EE stage sucks as always.

Okay, from the feel, Ais from collab is a good cheap awakened. Tanky for a striker. Honestly, mid at best right now, but it doesn't hurt to get, considering she's a cheap Ecclesia., even without the reactor. PvP-wise, it opens options for much more expensive backline (eg A. Regina, A. Christina). PvE, A. Joo Shiyoon is still better.

I feel like Ryu and Ais are worth rolling if you PvP at least semi-regularly. PvE I can't see them replacing existing units.
Bell is best left as a level 1 and forgotten.
Hestia is buy one copy with PP for your homepage if you want. I'll actually be surprised if they don't buff her a little before the end of the collab.

You have to three star a stage before you can skip it.
