Transfer and use old account

Just happened to discover this game recently and already played long time ago. So... I'm wondering, is it available to transfer the old account into this? Don't want to repeat it all over again when I found a Global version which featuring a Japanese language before found there's a Jp language option when I came back

If you didn't get a transfer code during the transfer process period, maybe submit an enquiry. Maybe there is still a chance if you somehow linked your SEA account to facebook, twitter or gmail etc.
