How do I obtain "Awakened Units"

Been playing this game a while but cant seem to find a way to get a "Awakened lv.100 Experienced Coupon" without paying $36 USD. Any other ways to acquire these?

I should clarify you need to use the Classified Recruitment gacha. It uses the black tickets instead of the blue ones. You can get 10 summons a week with quartz. You generally want to save up for specific characters when they are on rotation.

To get the black tickets, you do the daily and weekly missions, and buy the weekly black tickets with 2k quartz. Sounds like a lot, but if you saved enough, it's worth it.
