Holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥, what happened to this game overnight??? It's like walking into my favourite restaurant and all of a sudden they are serving me literal ♥♥♥♥ on a plate instead of the dish i ordered every week, feels like i just took a sledgehammer to the face after getting spit on by the developers.

Korean games are pretty much known for making grindy as ♥♥♥♥ games and game mechanics. Even before the Origin patch the gear system and operator upgrading in this game were awful, but very typical of other Korean games.

The gear system and the op upgrade system were both completely managable as F2P though. Operators less so but if you prioritized pvp and op pulling then definitely yeah.

Ive just spent 25.2k Eternium on old event stage checking skip mode (ofc for the currency to get fusion cores) and got....100 Appraisal ( YES NORMAL APPRAISAL) and 200 High Appraisal + 3kkk gold but not even 1 Special Appraisal not to mention there is still the buff for reduced Eternium per stage so if we check the numbers:

-3kkk gold (if you use only high appraisals and have that much of them) = 88 levels of a char from lvl 1 with reduced salary negotiation buff
-100 appraisal and 200 high appraisals = 64 and a bit lvl from lvl 1 (add 770k gold with salary negotiation buff)

and all this for 25.2 k Eternium with buff reducing stage cost

I forgot to say that ive got 950 stage currency for that Eternium where 1 fusion core costs 1250

let me start by saying this update is the killer for this game they literally made it P2P ..
old version :
you can farm exp for characters easily without spending mats.
you can farm GEAR by doing there own stages >> Danger Close <<
you can skip any stage
you can easy dive 50 as F2P
New Origin :
you can't farm exp for your characters you only do it by step by step and it takes gold and mats a lot
there's no free contract stages for gears farming
you can't solo with one squad in shadow palaces and they made it even hard
they give us 3 ASSR to shut us up
THEY F@@ing REMOVED SHADOW PALACE FROM SHOP !

Hey, at least they gave us a SSR coupon, right? That makes up for one of my SSR dupes that ended up being useless, only need 15-20 more before I'm caught up. Lets not even talk about the SR dupes.
