Demo Feedback
I wanna say ahead of time, I think this has promise. A fun "defend the payload" game, with ideas from the cooking coop games and topdown fighters is not too wrong. But genuinely, the main issue so far is very blantant - too much to do, too little time. Not that "choosing" your resource is bad. It's that a torch lasts legitimately 5 seconds and you have to spend probably longer getting it, even with upgrades. It feels like it matters little.

Ideas to fix it: Slow the game down a bit. Like 10-25% gamespeed for enemies, the cart and such. Playing on normal shouldn't have me and a friend run around at max speed to grind resources for 5 minutes.

Additionally, make resources worth more. One tree dropping one wood but the wood being burnt in 5 seconds is crazy. Make it take like, 30 seconds to burn. It's a whole tree. Then place less trees. Or scale it with player numbers.

Also, the totem only working when on the ground was pretty awful, it had to be juggled and the range wasn't too big for it's payoff. (Maybe put it as an attachable to the side? Like a turret?)

Add more fun upgrades that are.. well, fun, rather than useful, and it'll be a great game.

Way to make bad arguments while not being able to read. I'll elaborate for people like you, I guess:

The game isn't hard, not by any stretch. It's just tedious, repetitive and boring. And my points were aiming to reduce that and make the game more enjoyable.

When there's like fifty harvestable things on the screen while the card is moving almost as fast as your character, while you only have two attacks so there's not even combat freedom, there's just little reason to play. I got bored very quickly, but the game has big potential

Thank you for your feedback, I added a todo card on our list to check if we can adjust the wagon speed by the game difficulty.

Lots of good feedback here, but for most of them there are already upgrade you can buy to make your life easier. I think some of them were disabled during the demo. For example there are upgrades which increasse the loot of destructibles or an upgrade which let you put totems on top of rosie (the goat).

So I think we got you :)

Any chance of the demo being made available again? I want to try playing this with my kids, but if it doesn't take, I might as well refund it.
