“Can Of Worms” Trophy (PS4/PS5)

EDIT: Achievement pops during Chapter 16, Mission: Central Drone Control. Dying to the leeches after we open the door.

This achievement is for dying to a whirlwind of leeches that can be found in the last chapters of the game.
Upon playing, I believe it can only be popped during the story/actual chapters when are experiencing them for the first time, as going back to those areas and dying to them doesn’t do anything. Not sure if this is a glitch or is intended, but I missed it the first time around through story but tried again before finishing the last chapter by going back to one of the areas that had them, and I couldn’t get it to pop.

It's my last achievement and I'm having the same issue. Idk what actually triggers it, but I died to 2 different worm stuff, still couldn't make it pop up..I don't wanna start for a third run, I hope somebody figured it out already :D

Its definitely achievable only during story/chapter and not a trophy you can come back and pop later. My first run was on PS4 version and I did another playthrough on PS5 version (since both come with digital purchase) and it popped when I did to them during the story. So, lesson learned I guess haha

yeah I read that yesterday. seems like we have to die to them when we first encountered with them. I was trying it on the 17th day unfortunately :D

Not work for me.
Also FIND GALLEON trophy not unlock and last 2 collectibles are not spawn on map.
There also corrupted save file problem (PS5) - u can bypass it by return back to menu and select continue.
There are a "achievement icon from xbox -day 16 complete-" instead of PS5 Trophy icon
Also missing icon from trophy "5000 score on guitar"

apparently they fixed it. so, even after you finish the game (in the last save file) if you go to sector a, main drilling part, there is a small door on your left. and those creators definitely work for achievement.
