How's the game with mouse and keyboard?

I wish to play this game, however i'm not sure if the controls using mouse and keyboard are good. I do not own a controller, nor do i wish to use a controller

It's a bit tricky but you can get the hang of it after a while, you will for sure sometimes hit few walls but i seen worse controls in games.
Otherwise just change the controls to your licking.

I think its just horrible to play it with the mouse, unfortunatly. Stopped playing it because of that, the rest seems pretty nice. The Devs really need to bring a solution here.

Note: I got a refund for the game do to this issue..

The game is recommended to play with a controller. The M/K controls work but not nearly as well as controller. Especially when controlling the swimming/sub mechanics.

It's horrible. When I started when you are controlling the character, it's acceptable - though overcomplicated when swimming already. But when i got to the sub, i closed the game - you need to be on some serious shrooms to create controls for mouse keyboard like that one. And I don't like controllers and won't use one, so game's dead for me.

I mean theres games like subnautica...why don't you just copy their controls so it doesn't feel like a immovable train on tracks.

if you're used to using a keyboard and mouse you'll be fine, I'm a controller refusenik too.

Playing with mouse and keybard is sheer horror. If you release a game for the PC, you can expect that a controller is available. Why is it not possible to accelerate the Moon with w, to brake with s and to determine the directions with the Mozse? You can't even assign any function to the thumb buttons on the mouse.
