Reset talent trees - change of talents

Good evening
I am asking for advice, I have lvl 98 and I want to change the whole talent tree, not just the points as such, but also the talents. Unfortunately, after searching on the internet, I didn't find anything, would you be someone very nice and advise me how and if I can change something like that? Potion of Oblivion only resets my points, but does not allow me to change the table. I don't care if I have to buy a " reset token " but especially if it works at all, I don't want to start with a character from scratch. Thank you for the advice

remove ALL points from tree and you can select a new path.
