Pactspirits how do you buy them?

It´s a mystery to me how to actual buy something in the pactspirit section.
You need to exchange some insignias to be able to buy from this section of the shop.
I really dont get why anyone would make such stupidity instead of just a direct buy.
If you want me to use money wich I would if i like the game, and i do.
Then it should be easy to do. But no you have to solve a puzzle to be able to buy stuff like, what?
Plz make this section a direct pay instead of this. And make a way to directly buy a desired amount of pactspirits. This is confusing and dont make me use money because I dont know how to do it.

You click on the summon 1 or summon 10 button. Itll tell you that you need more gems and take you to the store to purchase. It's not cheap

I can imagine. So I cant buy them directly from the shop. Thats wierd. Ill look at the price to see if I even want to. But ty.
