Where are the PC Settings?

The 3 dots just bring up Account Center, Player Service, Close Your Account, and Sign Out. How to I access Settings? The audio is too loud and I need to adjust it. It's giving me a headache.

Yea, I could not find a way to access these settings while in the main menu/character select either.

it looks like you have to log into a character to access actual settings.
