It's mentioned in the season preview video.
Being able to add resists and stuff onto legendaries has definitely been one of my favourite changes. That was one of the biggest reasons I never used legendaries when I played this game at launch or in season 1 or 2. Maxing resists was really hard for the early game and mid-game that gearing was actually quite boring and predictable, especially since the best way to do anything was to craft it, making all the non-currency drops crap. That problem has clearly been fixed. It's a good change.
Yeah, I'm really getting into it, did SSF and put together a Carino1 that really works. I've never been able to push a build into the real endgame stuff though, so it'll be interesting to see if I can push it farther.
