Gifting not working

Soo i gift my friend few items and he never recieved them.
we waited 24h to refresh time on gifting limit, and tried 2nd time, and he still did not recieved any items.
Also tried with 3 other players, and everything worked as intended.
Anyone with the same issue or maybe a solution?

Hi, it would take around 10 minutes for the players to get item, and please make sure that your friend has arrived the certain level to unlock "mail" function to receive your gift! If it still goes wrong, please report here

Is it possible to gift between alt account? Is there a limit before getting banned or is it safe?
