Beyond that, you may just be choosing to miss out for no good reason in the end. TL:Infinte is a fairly solid little game for what it is to spite the mobile elements. It's still rough around the edges but even though it's been out for awhile, it's still really new so issues like build diversity and such aren't a real surprise.
But the "gachas" do annoy me a little when it comes to the cosmetics. While there aren't many good ones, there are a few and the fact you basically have to gamble to get them, with a chance of getting absolutely nothing (i.e. some respec token or something), that's pretty unacceptable. Give me a price, and let me just buy it if I want it. Though the cosmetics aren't amazing either, so I can easily live without them. I just gamble for them when I get free chances thrown at me.
As another western user, I also would like to see the cosmetics streamlined a bit. A flat price option for more of the elements would also be nice. (There are flat price options for some things, but it could be expanded.)
That said, I was able to get a nice little collection of pactspirits (including a couple of premiums) without having to spend money.
You see that Flame Sand on the ground? They see Flame Elementium and some flame sand. More FS gets upgraded to FE. You basically boss rush, you have full auto looter and life is great. See user "Gooba" on YT, you will see how exactly. Since we all get the same cards and we can copy other users, we can compare results, keeping in mind that someone does maps faster than others but still, you'll see....
