It says right in the announcement: "The City of Aeterna Season will open on September 7th (PDT)".

In official link it says September 7 at 17:00 +8 UTC, which is in 2 hours. Or am i missing something?

You can also bookmark SteamCharts link with torchlight infinite to check online at any time.
