Error P403?

Is this a straight up I'm hosed IP ban or is it just like a server issue that'll resolve itself in a day or so?
Because uhh.... 176 hours as F2P when I'm about to get the last achievement would really really suck if I'm just randomly IP banned for no reason.

The Account is shared. Download it on your phone to rule out If you got banned or if it is something else

I've send service e-mail twice, and the reply is just that because VPN problem, although I've not using any VPN. The only way now is to restart your net service(or LAN) and try to shift to the unblock IP.

I often get such problem but one or two days later I can enter it just fine. If there is something you really need to do in the game, using VPN works. (I use SoftEther VPN)

I had the same problem with error P403, a restart of the router helped me.

im afraid the only thing you can do is change your ip, either by using vpn or restarting your router to get a new ip.

if your internet provider assigns you a different ip then maybe (i found that they don't just ban a single ip but ips within a certain range)
