Y'know, maybe a collab doesn't have to make sense. Just let them cook, and don't be a whiny ♥♥♥♥♥.

Given PM's standard of care when it comes to story elements, yes. Yes it does have to make sense.

Lowering that standard for a crossover would be... bad.

I can imagine scenarios where an Arknights crossover could work, but PMoon would have to put in some work to make it fit in the canon of the City. Something like the Purple Tear's reality jumping could work as a trigger. But what people are nervous about is if the Operators are just sorta slapped into the world. Because Arknights canon and City canon can't be reconciled. And the story rich and internally consistent natures of both properties make them very difficult to collab with without compromising on the canon.

REALLY not a fan of arknights, but if this is for the anime I will gladly take it.

As a burn user who has to wait ages for content updates such as a Walpurgisnacht which even then its more unlikely since we already got 2. So to have to wait till Ryoshu's chapter is quite the long process. So having a Arknights collab could solidly mean We could get a few different id's depending on what project moon chooses to crossover. And even if we don't get id's out of it, it would've still been a chance for something new and burn related like i dunno
Reed the Flame Shadow Pretty neat burn operator that burns thine enemies reduces defenses and damage and finally being able to heal others and her self. Also got Firewhistle whos just an aoe burn damage dealer.

Also got ifrit who does a ton damage in burn while also reducing defenses has atk spd ups and even more resistance reduction. Who went through inhumane nonsense in a lab kinda has a dark backstory like many of limbus's back story.

And ifrit kinda means demon and jinn in folk lore and since sinners are sinners. I kinda think some cool correlations could be made with that.

Also warmy whos just a bundle of sunshine who burns enemy's and has what could be translated to in limbus atk weight, attacking 3 enemies at once.

But ya know thats just me being desperate for a burn id. We oughta see what comes out of Limbus company x Arknights

tbf, would you want to suddenly go from single player complete games to waiting months and years for the game to finish while constantly on a cliffhanger, gambling and grinding just to get the full experience of what you can do, and then get met with a collab that has no canon information in the game (no way they can make arknights canon in the pm universe)

why not tho, with the way library works, as long as its semi-consistent to source, any other IP can exist through Angela's involvnment or Book Thief thieving around
