The best part of your line-up is the two Full-Stop IDs. If you want to lean into that, you could craft more Poise units for a full team. The best improvement for your team, at a glance, is Pequod Ishmael (Season 3 ID), who works really well with Full-Stop.
The two upcoming units from the event don't benefit you very much. I would not worry about them too much. That said, invite a bunch of people to your friendlist with the hope of being able to borrow LCE Faust for the event grind. That +40% makes a difference.
The EGO for Ryoshu technically is useful to you, but you would actually need to have a good Ryoshu ID for it.. so also no.
As for more generic advice for new players:
1) do 10-pulls over 1-pulls, it gives you one rigged OO or better
2) game is beatable even without super-optimization, so just fully upgrade your 6 favorite units to progress the story, you can refine your squad later
3) game is fairly generous, consistently granting 1050 lunacy per week (750 from Mirror Dungeon and 300 for maintenance being annoying), you can use that to either fill out your collection or spend it for energy
4) the energy refill for lunacy is actually a pretty good deal, take advantage of that to build up a stockpile of modules, which you can use for thread and exp, if needed
5) later on, when you are happy with your main team, and your collection, switch to a more selective plan, start hoarding lunacy for events like Walpurgis Night, while using shards to craft units that really fit the team you are trying to build
6) if you are planning to spend money, the battlepass is the best deal, generally gives you 3 extra EGO from the premium side and triples the boxes you get from levels above 120
7) Game will give you a large number of boxes if you are very active, making the gacha optional, many of the players chose to just hoard their currency and craft whatever they want instead
to have an easier time with completing the story slap Ego Fluis sac Faust on it.
go ahead and shard manager Don, its a pretty strong unit with AoE so its useful for running Mirror dungeons. The Mircalla Ego goes well with her.
for the rest of the team there are a lot of good Ishmael ID's, i'd go with Zwei Ishmael just because she can survive a lot, get the blind obsession Ego for her, has a lot of attack weight/AoE and like fluid sac heals SP for the team.
Another sp healing Ego with a lot of attack weight is sunshower Yi Sang, though it makes no sense to get that one if you dont have a strong Yi Sang ID, you might as well use the support function to borrow Solemn lament Yi Sang from your friends list. Or borrow any other ID that helps specifically for the boss fights.
