I buy enkephalin Modules and run through all the status Archetypes per week in MD. Gotta mine so I'm guaranteed the Walpurgisnatch EGO rather than some trashy EGO. Pulling is only for big events, where I'll get some ID's I'm missing. After that, finish any Archetype I'm close to completing.

If you are buying lunacy, buy the ones that give you lunacy per day, those are the best value. if you can afford to shed lunacy, spend on 1 extract per day as those are eventually going to yield 3 stars for 50 shards on a character. buy 2 of the enkephalin refills with lunacy per day for cost efficiency, never ever ever ever ever ever pull on any banner that isnt a walpurg banner. that's my advice for players starting out.

Usually use it twice to get modules if Im not at 300
Then thats usually it. I will do a 10 pull on a banner randomly if it interests me.

I suppose with over 70K of it (nothing left to spend it on - everything gets sharded via boxes where able), I just kinda keep hoarding it until more BS comes up that's roll-only. Might rarely spend it on fuel if low, if there's no good amount of boxes left.
(Basically just prepping for the worst case scenario future where PM gets ultra-greedy.)

Two Lunacy refills a day and that's it. Saving up for whenever Walpurgis comes around cause you will absolutely get wrecked if luck ain't on your side.

And perhaps on the upcoming AK collab but that's like months in the future. Still gonna avoid throwing Lunacy at the gacha since you can just Shard everything in this game. Not including Standard Fare EGOs though cause I aint sharding any of those due to them becoming spooks on my Walpurgis rolls.

the 25 lunacy to refill energy daily. 7 x 25 = 175 lunacy cost per week. sometimes two refills when i wanna farm more shards

Refill once a day, I skip almost all dailies that way
I got the battlepass and just bought every character I wanted and can just buy new ones as long as I do my mirror dungeon for the week.
Pull if you want but the only real need to pull a character is walpipi, you can just buy everything else.

Do yourself a favor and buy the battlepass, it's insane value for 4-5 months and El Director needs money for anime

I do 1 10 roll on new banners for the fun of it and shard all EGOs and IDs otherwise. Only other expense of lunacy I accept is a single extra refill a day to keep me module positive. Right now I'm sitting at 16-17k lunacy even after 200 rolls on the WN and having do so again last time. So by the time the next WN rolls around I might have full extra 200 to spend if I wanted too. I feel like that's a healthy balance since it means I can keep some shards for tier 4ing stuff when I get lucky with that first 10 pull.

I turned lunacy in enk until i hoarded 500 modules. Now i just hold lunacy to extract. It's pretty amazing the amount of sinner shards you get from extracting dupes.
