People speedrun RR3 with rupture. I don't know the current record but they already did sub 40 with rupture team for the last 2/3 of it. Rupture doesn't need a buff.
Also tremor stacking is the last of tremor team problem. They lack... raw damage. The fact they deal so much less damage than burn team while their effect impact is very low because they don't have enough strong hitters really hurt them.

tremor sucks though
