is it just me or does anyone else think there needs to be a rework on debuffs such as rupture, sinking, tremor, etc for when you can actually trigger them (like making them triggerable next turn, not same turn its placed)? trying to build up rupture feels near impossible since you just trigger it immediately, making it difficult to make use of stuff like seven fausts power by rupture, and sinking you pretty much have to use rime shank to build up a bunch of potency so it sticks long enough for other sinking ID's to take advantage of it, such as spicebush yi sang. pretty much each of the statuses except burn have this issue of depleting it the moment its placed so you cant build it up for bigger effects.

(yes some identities apply debuffs for "next turn" and some dont trigger it in the same skill(tremor users except Molar Outis and whoever else) but a lot apply same turn and just eat it immediately before it can build it up to make use of)

What is your team to struggle with rupture count?
People speedrun RR3 with rupture. I don't know the current record but they already did sub 40 with rupture team for the last 2/3 of it. Rupture doesn't need a buff.

Also tremor stacking is the last of tremor team problem. They lack... raw damage. The fact they deal so much less damage than burn team while their effect impact is very low because they don't have enough strong hitters really hurt them.

the problem isnt rupture damage, its getting it to stick for more than the same turn its applied so it can stack up to higher numbers rather than disappear the moment another sinner attacks for me at least*

You'll need to use EGO that inflict Rupture count.
Check Gregor AEDD and Outis Ebony Apple.

Yes. Yes. Status Effects Tremor must be better. Others are fine.

rupture is balanced around the existance of red sheet sinclair. [limbus.kusoge.xyz] he makes it easy to get to 99 potency, so rupture count is difficult to maintain to balance it out.

My rupture team is

  • Red Sheet Sinclair
  • Rosespanner Gregor
  • W Yi Sang
  • Lantern Don
  • 7 Heathcliff
  • 7 Faust

After applying talisman on turn 2, Yi Sang's Dimension Shredder and Greg's AEDD help you to stack rupture count while the rest of the team applies rupture potency and count with their skills.

Rupture was always going to struggle for Count ever since Director realized that its literally "Bonus damage for every attack, ignoring all damage resistance" and even more broken than LoR's Smoke. Red Sheet Sinclair is just more fuel to the fire.

Tremor, yes, maybe a buff, not a complete rework. Others are working fine, dunno what's you're talking about.
