So I instead hope they do those streams regularly, it's just good to know beforehand what to expect and be prepared.
It's funny to have the director just casually reveal it, and the transparency for their plan does help out when optimizing what you want to spend on, but I feel like something as major as WildCliff should've been hidden for hype's sake
Maybe even if they wanted to show that WildCliff is coming, at least they shouldn't reveal his unique abilities to make that part more exciting
It would make sense in some other gacha, where you're at RNG mercy, but it doesn't really matter in Limbus
Also they might have spoiled some gimmicks and how the attacks look, but they still haven't spoiled stuff like damage, status effects, and other possible gimmicks, like the explosive gloom/envy/wrath as an example.
Here's the thing though, these ID's and EGO's don't leave just because their banner does, unless it's an event or walpurgisnacht ID. You have plenty of time to save up shards before the season ends. If you are blowing your resources on every new ID, simply because, then that's a you problem.
Even if you don't have the resources to pull or craft after blowing it all, you can easily do so later. This game is so generous, that those issues brought up, only really effect you in other gacha games. Pretending that resource management in this game is a problem is ludicrous, even in the position of a new player. New players have a ton of resources available at their disposal, and worst case scenario, they just borrow the ID's. Realistically, It's not that big of a deal as you try make it out to be.
Neither is knowing the road map ahead of time, i get that. But how practical it is, wasn't the point of the post. I'm okay with it, but i'd prefer if they didn't. For me personally, since my initial hype has settled down, i'm not all that interested to pull for some of these, and because i have a ton of resources where i could shard all the new characters coming next, that motivates me to not go do more dungeons to try and keep my resources high, which in terms demotivates me from playing the game, when i have nothing strife for. That small excitement of a new character and trying them out fades very quickly with what kind of game limbus company is.
