Speculations about new 000 Hong Lu

So as of now the only sinner who doesn't have three 000's is Hong Lu, and the only sinner who doesn't have three 00's is Ryuoshu. It's safe to assume that the next banner will probably cover these up (doubt it'll be ahabmael sorry ishmaelcels)

What do you think they gon' give us? My bravest idea that they'll do a Dieci Hong Lu to spice things up, some sinking and MAYBE negative coins (like he gathers dark and disturbing knowledge rather than regular one). Probably won't happen because that's not really what the gem man is about, but they owe Dieci and Sinking some attention, don't they? no ideas about new ryuoshu id though hopefully not liu

Anyway just really interested about learning what other ppl think bout it

To be fair Outis has now gotten a 2 star, an ego, and a 3 star in quick succession. Granted, two of those came from events but still. As for any banners coming up... If it's a hong lu banner by bet is genetic id instead of season Id. The only season IDs we could get at at this point would relate to the crew and I somewhat doubt we'll be getting captain ishmael until the end of the season. So it might be possible we'll be getting 7 hong lu or Zwei hong lu in the future. Alternatively if they wanna stay on the Cinq road, we get another director.

That said, given his general character path the realistic option is he gets an LCB or Deci ID. He generally intentionally doesn't rise through the ranks and would rather be ignored. So they'd be much more likely areas for him to accel in since he doesn't have to worry about his grand mother's opinion.

That's unique. If you look at every one of his Ids besides that one he almost intentionally just holds back to being a salary man. Maybe he's comfortable being the Ting tang boss because they're more of a criminal and thus outside of the view of his family. I just know based on context clues that any time he's somewhere legit he seems repressed.

Heh, ah, if only... That'd be fun. But honestly God knows what he might get. Could be anything. Even that. Hm... Maybe he'll they'll theme it after Chapter 5 and give him a Twinhook or Pequod ID or something. (Edit: Or more Middle. He'd kinda fit in there.)

(Though the former is difficult, the only "position" we've seen from them (besides fodder) is whatshername that Gregor is the counterpart to, though not impossible if the endless N-Corp IDs are anything to go by. Hm...)

Edit: My best guess is Little Brother of the Middle Hong Lu 000. I'd bet on that.

not really into the envy-res idea because it feels kinda uhhh forced? out of place? somewhat uninspired? scuffed? forcing you to use must-have ids that have that specific mechanic? not really open to interesting team compositions?
either way it's just subjective for me and I know that it has its upsides and downsides as other archetypes do, so whatever!

but please no middle oh god or at least yes middle but with actually good bleed and not envy res

Most likely with this season being the season of Poise, a Poise ID for him would make sense for him being able to make Poise for Soda EGO. Judging by ESGOO posting about Shi. Most likely Shi Section 4 Director Hong Lu.

it feels to me that their resonance gimmick is too straightforward and boring and thus experimentation is heavily limited (just use don + heathcliff and maybe meursault too), which is usually not the case with other archetypes

As others have said, Poise is prevalent this season and we have yet to get the Blade Lineage event. Maybe Blade Lineage Hong?

burn id still needs more IDs so a 00 burn id for ryoshu would be nice, especially since burn teams can now fuel 4th match flame. the blowjob brothers are all pretty boring, so hopefully she'll interact with burn in a way that isnt just extra coin power.

not sure what hong lu could get, maybe a dieci fixer id? we already know that rodya is a fist, so hong lu could be a key
