Buff Freischütz Outis

I know she can work with E.G.O. gifts in MD and some burn team that is build around her, but other than that she is not as good as a limited Walpurgisnacht character should be. Just comparing her to Regret Faust shows that both s1 and s2 of Outis is way worse. Her s3 also takes way too long to get online to properly do some damage.

Edit: After more testing, yes she needs a buff. Either make her s1 generate a bullet, or let her start out with a bullet. Anything. She really needs her s3 to come online faster. As it is right now, she can't stand on her own at all and once next RR comes around, i see zero reason to take her. She is worse than Regret Faust. She needs a buff.

I would say yes, manual farm MD if you're going to use characters like this. If you want to hit win rate run characters like rabbit cliff and N-clair who just don't care. This character is made with aspects of her in mind make hitting winrate bad. Same thing applies for R-corp ishmael, W-don, and W-royshu. Conditions to make her more powerful:
-Generate bullets.
-Have 9 burn on the target.

Characters with Burn EGOs:
-Yi Sang(4-6 burn AoE),
-Faust(probably not the best choice, since it converts Burn into Def Lvl Down),
-Ishmael(4 burn or 5+ burn),
-Don(AoE +3 burn count),
-Rodion(6 burn),
-Ryoshu(4 or 6 burn)
-Sinclair(7 burn or 4-10 burn)
-Meursault(10+ burn)

So all is required for her to get +3 coin power of burn is to have 1-2 EGOs being thrown before her turn. Which is conditional, heavy on resources and not very reliable in practice, but it is an option for a potential combo.

But if you combine her with Liu Ishmael, they synergize with each other enough to guarantee an upkeep of power and somewhat significant damage.

That's without her bullets, that would give her even more of an upside. Outis is a very strong ID without any buffs, just gotta use synergy and learn how to utilize her a bit better.

Im sorry, if you are this much of a normie that thinks farming MD should be manually, this is unironically a you problem indeed. If they dont buff Outis, i just wont use her for neither MD nor RR. I just winrate with bleed, Charge, Poise or Rupture teams. Her taking more than five rounds to do damage will also be a problem in harder content like RR. This is supposed to be a limited character, a big deal normally. Instead we get an ID that is worse than Cinqlair. If you dont understand this, then there is no helping you. I am done arguing with this place.

Except, she does do damage. Literally the most damage on almost any team you put her on. Also, kind of funny you're calling me the 'normie' for doing MD manual when you literally can't play the game without the winrate button. Legitimately, and honestly, you just need to get better. She's not going to do well in RR because in order to build up her S3 quickly you want her to have multiple attack slots. That's fine, she's an aoe kind of girl, you wouldn't want to play her in RR regardless because most challenges within it are about single target damage. MD? She's fine, in fact my first use of the character was MD3H and guess what. She was top of the damage leader board even when I was playing her badly.

Seriously, quit thinking every character needs to be a 0 IQ winrate character. Even if they buffed her you still wouldn't want to use winrate with her anymore than you'd want to use winrate with R-corp ishmael. You'd still run into the issue that if her S3 drops her under 10 sanity or any other effect drops her under 10 sanity while she's using her S3 she's got a 50% chance to nuke your own team. Considering she's got a fun little set up where you can make her S3 then do 50% of its damage again, it will one shot your team and force you to restart the dungeon entirely if finishes off the enemies. This is not a winrate character, there's too much going on with her. If you can't actually play the game then rely on your bleed team, but for life of me I can't see how you find playing it the way you do.

I literally wouldn't be opposed to a plotline where they end up having a do a V-tuber thing for some reason and you end up getting IDs based off the persona the sinner put on. It'd be really funny to see Mersault and Faust somehow attracting an audience so the rest of your sinners can do something they need to do. Just imagine the dialog of the two replying to chat in the middle of fighting some low level abnormalities.

RR is bad example anyways they nerf the amount of status effects those abnos can get for good reasons.

So, you are saying that the op had a big example of skill issue? Also only the second RR have this, first one was wild west for statuses (We just had ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in terms of units).

I managed to get everything BUT Der Outis, including Regretsaut (Never got him last event) and the announcers through pulls. So upset. I really want to start using a full burn team.

Also OP, you should go back to playing AFK Arena or any of those AFK games if you want to have a game running in the background without your inputs.
