Yeah but the problem with an unlimited supply is that, like I said earlier that people will save all modules to waste on the grinding just for that extra loot, and that leads to different levels of grinding, including ones that can cause people to get burnt out easily from all the grinding. There's tempting people to play it, which is how it is now (Your 110%) and then you have people taking advantage of an infinite system that only comes out during events (Beyond 110%).
In the first case, obviously, the benefit from the store should be less, since this is additional loot. And in the second case, the player must give up all his daily chores and go farm the boss, then the benefit from the store should be greater because this is all that the player will receive in the next month.
The ability to unlimitedly accumulate energy is, of course, a unique feature of the game. They did what they thought was best.
no it doesnt? if you get the mats do max lvl 1 (2 if skip) chars every 2 weeks by doing ONE xp lux a day then who is to say you cant do 2 xp lux a day and double that. that would cover both new units and let you slowly build your other roster... or god forbid you do 3 xp lux a day and lvl even more units
this is also ignoring the fact that even by only maxing up new units you will end up with full teams eventually anyway. 0+1 +1 +1 +1 +1 +1 still = 6
lmao i dismissed it because it was irrelevant. i actually did look at it, did you? did you bother actually reading it? it literally says xp isnt an issue currently but might possibly be in the future assuming the "pattern" stays the same. after that its all based on hypothetical in which there is no point arguing about.
literally his first praragraph
and the event is CANTO 6,5 ! you HEAR ME 6,5 !!!!! wee need BIGGER EXP.
we need stack of blue exp tikets, not yellow.
it's very stupid to argue this long, other reward fine except the exp tikets, lol end of discussions.
mfw you get a 100K xp (enough to boost 1 id lvl 1 > 40 / 2 id lvl 40 > 45 / 3 id lvl 1 > 30) for FREE and still complain
Time Reaper Farming Time here.
Also, if you use refill energy 2~3 times a day with lunacy, you can get a ton of energy to grind out EXP lux. Now you won't have to complain about EXP tickets with this method.
I already have all my units, including the 00 ID's at level 45 by doing this. And i still do this just to stock up on modules for when the next season drops so i can farm the new exp lux again and level up all my units to 50. Rinse and repeat.
You could cut this grind down to half if you exclusively do 000 ID's as well, or only do a few 00 ID's.
And there is no issue with saying that they were very stingy in giving them, you can't even level up the event character with it.
Event has 100K in XP tickets, it takes a bit less than 2 weeks of daily XP lux (Last one available, of course) to get an ID to max lvl from 1.
Pretty sure the format for gacha games is to have something to get back to. Nobody needs to have every ID/EGO --- and especially not to max level/uptie/threadspin.
I mean, they can, over the long term. But the formula seems to work on many.
Since they changed the rewards to player-selection instead of fixed progression, you can get everything useful and ignore the cosmetics. I'm way more happy about that than I'd be about getting 'Bigger Rewards'.
When this event started, I had barely enough tickets to get one ID to lvl45. Just doing the dailies and getting everything useful from the event --- I got enough for nearly 2 IDs (With the dailies since and getting Yurodivye Ryoshu to lvl45).
I just picked up Honkai Impact last month and it's made me realize just how smooth this game's resource accumulation is. Even if I keep doing the recurring content in that game over the next year, I won't have gotten every valkyrie/optimal equips (But there's no reason to get everything).
In this game, just doing the dailies/weekly MD since half of Season 2 has me missing 13 IDs, 2 EGOs --- got a team for every major status effect and about 1500 shard boxes to dispense at season end. Unless Project Moon changes their system, I'll have everything (Level/uptie not included) in the game sometime during season 5's end, via natural play.
This game is really only stingy in the short term if you just play it all the time and grind the tickets you need *now* and grind the MDs for the crates to shard IDs *now* and flog lunacy/money to refill ENK for modules *now*.
I did not.
If you want to argue technicalities, you *technically* get more XP tickets if you skip the Canto 6 XP lux 7 days. Doing them once a day for the daily nets you 12600 XP a day --- so 88200 XP for a week.
If one is fine with the 50% deficit in module efficiency, then yeah, you'd get more in a week of dailies.
...but what I meant is that in 11 days, with the event rewards and manual dailies, I have enough to get nearly 2 IDs to lvl45. (Ignoring everything else in the rewards since XP seemed to be your thing)
I don't see it as small potatoes, but I also don't shard/level/threadspin every ID/EGO on release.
