Sinking: Suncliff, Gredgar, Outephine, Dieci Hong, Dieci Rodya, Spicebush Yi. Outis was swapped out for R Ish when appropriate. Given the new IDs my sinking comp needs tuning, wasn't keeping up count super well without ego spam.
Tremor: Oufi Heath, Spicebush Yi, Regret Faust, Molar Outis, Molar Ish, Rosespanner Rodya
I was shocked at how much easier it was to maintain tremor count, even without needing to spam Rodya's Effervescent Corrosion. Oufi Heath cleaned up even without the bonus power from Bereavement.
Where Tremor aims to end fights quickly through dealing big damage, Sinking aims to win prolonged fights by reducing the enemy rolls.
And if the enemy survives the stagger and still has a good chunk of HP left? Makes me wish I had the funny gloom status effect before everyone gets pulverized into a fine red mist
Shi Rodya,
Shi Ish,
Shi Hong Lu,
Der Outis,
N. Corp Sinclair,
and R. Corp Heathcliff in Heath mandatory fights.
I swapped Shi Meursault in for the, like, one or two fights where Heath isn't mandatory and moved Der Outis & N.clair down in order when I did so.
Honestly, burn worked pretty well for the most part--stacking it on bosses has never been easier, plus I've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ a lot of practice at managing Outis's bullets. I run 9:2 on N.clair, so there were a few moments where he'd corrode into it instead of Impending, but even those typically worked out in my favor--even the worst ones didn't cause enough damage to risk me wiping. Plus having 30+ burn and tons of count on a target, on top of having dark flame, made blitzing the bosses down go pretty fast.
Only real weak link in the team was R. Corp Heath, which...isn't surprising since he's not that great in most of this chapter's harder fights. The story buffs still help with that, of course, but...yeah.
I think you meant the Liu Association, lol
Shi are the 50% HP berserk guys
I have almost all IDs but I played this team for the sake of messing around with KK Rodya. She is bad. Pirate Gregor is 10 times better than her. At of all canto 6 fights probably only 2 or 3 she manage to gain meaniful poise count despite having BL Yi Sang passive and priority for action slot.
In hindsight BoatMael is way better than Captain Ishmael for this team and this canto for the abusable 10 base dodge. I didn't think too hard when I build this team and I just want to assist attack Rodya even if Rodya skill 1 is still pretty bad.
Most of people would probably say that half of my team is either bad or outdated but I still manage to finish the canto pre nerf without many reset. The only fight that require me to reset more than twice was the first cliff fight and that was mostly my own greed fault to try to stagger the boss so I don't need to bother winning clash but failing the staggering lead to cliff death.
