What happens when you do mirror dungeon without the weekly rewards
Is there any incentive to do that kinda bored to wait for 2 entire days to do the dungeons again

You still get resources, but without the bonus (still worth it)

What exactly is the bonus tho I'm still new to this game
Is lunacy the bonus or the bp XP?

Lunacy is completely weekly bonus, and you just get more BP EXP with Weekly, but still can get some without bonus

K thx for telling me gonna check how much i gain with or without the bonus
The normal rewards for a full dungeon completion are 30 BP, 111 starlight, and some amount of manager exp.
The weekly reward only adds 15 BP and the 250 lunacy, IIRC.

Hard mode with the bonus if i remember correctly gave me 150 bp XP so without the bonus is what exactly?mind you i didn't fully finish the dungeon on hard got ended on floor 4 or 5 with the electric fox
I've only ever done the one hard mode dungeon with the bonus, so I'm not 100% sure what it gives. I toggled it on and off at the time, and I want to say it only offered the same base rewards as a normal dungeon run if the bonus wasn't applied. But I may be misremembering.

Completing a hard mode dungeon without the bonus will give you the same as completing a normal dungeon without the Bonus. You get 30 battle pass points regardless

Damn so the strat without the bonus is to simply just do normal dungeons without the extra rewards

Starlight depends on how many Combat Regular Encounters nodes, Combat Risky Encounters nodes, Combat Focused Encounters nodes, & Combat Floor Boss Encounters nodes.

Starlights depend on how many Combat Nodes you pick.
What do you mean combat nodes?

Yes Sir Doing normal dungeons is optimal with no bonus. You can get roughly 400 Selectable crates For about 100 energy capsules roughly Worth of normal mode dungeon runs. This number assumes that you have purchased the battle pass.

Not sure if anyone told you yet but you can start receiving nomination crates That let you select any shard for any character for crafting once you complete the battle pass and hit level 60. You can essentially farm all the units in this game while doing very little rolling.

When a new unit comes out I usually do a ten pull On a banner to get the two star and then craft the three star. The average for nominal selectable crates is about two So if you want to craft a 3 star you need about 200 crates to get the 400 from scratch.

There is also a system where you can convert your unused energy for the day into capsules to be used for later. The same currency that you use for dungeons. I recommend refilling your energy two or three times per day and then converting that all into energy capsules to be used for future dungeon runs.

Hope that helps
