Which 3 star identity to get?

I've gotten all 2 star identities and all egos (minus wishing cairne, Outis teth ego, and all the egos in the paid battlepass).
I've also gotten most 3 star identities, with the exception of both Sinclairs 3 stars. both Ryoshus 3 stars, and R corp Ishmael.
Which identity should I try to get? I'm thinking n corp sinclair, but at the same time I want to know if either or both of the egos im missing are worth it.
(As a side note, I've got roughly 50 of ryoshu, yi sang, and sinclairs ego shards and 150 of ishmael and outis)
(Other side note, will ryoshus chef mommy identity still be avaliable when the event ends?)

as much as i like ishmael youd probs best be getting either pierreshu or Nclair (preferably both) the rest of what you listed while good arent as good as those 2.

as for whats available, all season1 ids will not be available afaik inbetween season1 end and season3 start

dont just take my opinion tho wait for others too before forming your own

Normally she'd still be available after the event ended, but I don't remember if they extended it until the end of Season 1 now.

Considering how generally transparent the devs have been I assume they would have told us if Chef Ryoshu was leaving the pool at the end of the event.

Additionally Chef Ryoshu is in the pool for both Sinclair's banner and the standard banner. If they were going to remove her after the event I assume she would only be on the event banner.

Even if she is removed from the extraction pool she'll likely remain in the shard shop until the end of season one.

N Corp Sinclair is very good. He's been taking MVP pretty consistently even over R corp Heath. His damage output is nuts. His other ID is pretty meh for the moment because it's poise focused and poise isn't great atm.

Chef Ryoshu is good too. Less damage but also doesn't spend sanity. I can't comment on her other ID because that's one I'm missing.

If Sinclair gets a focus banner during season 2 that should give you another shot at N Corp Sinclair. Chef Ryoshu on the other hand won't get another banner and you'll have to wait until season 3 and buy her from the shop.

R Corp Ishmael is OK. She's great when you can use mind warp safely, but getting enough charge to manage that is pretty inconsistent. I think she could be good but we need another ID or EGO to help her consistently gain charge. Don's Telepole EGO helps but it's not quite enough. She's also not seasonal so she's not leaving the shop or extraction pool next season. No need to rush and buy her ASAP.

Of the things you're missing I think N corp Sinclair and Chef Ryoshu would be the best picks. Anything that's not seasonal will remain in the shop and extraction pool it's not going anywhere. Though everything (even Chef Ryoshu) will return in season 3. You'll be able to get stuff you miss later, so don't worry too much about whatever you miss.

I'd say you're better off just getting them through extraction than using shards. Unless there's something I'm missing about Yi Sang's Teth ego, there are other better egos to build around, Meursault Pursuance for healing & CoO for clashing/debuffing, Gregor Legerdemain's cheap aoe spam, or Faust Fluid Sac's AoE + Hp & San Healing for example.

Can't say anything about Outis' Teth ego tho, don't have it.

Seasons just change what ID/EGO you can obtain via threads, and ID release sched obviously. Unless the devs say otherwise, the characters released in season one will be in the drop pool perm from now on. So you should always have a chance to get them on standard banner.

For the most part it's the other way around, the game does mention on the information for identities if they're Season 1 or Season 1 event, (or nothing for the others) the simple version is if they're story related (like Ting-Tang HL or the N-corp people) they're Season 1, of they're not related to anything from the story (like R-corp, W-corp and Kurokumo) they're staying

S1 Event IDs/EGOs are removed from extraction for future seasons. Everything else is still in the gacha.

S1 regular IDs/EGOs and Event IDs/EGOs get removed for one season from the dispenser. After that season is over, they'll be readded. So removed in S2, added back in S3.

Thanks for the input. I've noticed that Identities are marked Season 1 even in the shop, but shop E.G.O. aren't marked. How will I know which ones go away?

Fair chance you already have all the S1 gacha EGOs since there aren't really that many.
Anything that wasn't present at the start or in the BP will get removed from the dispenser for S2, then get added back in for S3 and onward. Including paid BP EGOs.
