Remind yourselves that before the only reward you woud be getting from MD runs was lunacy once a week and battle pass xp for boxes. You are basically complaining about receiving more rewards. If Canto 8 MD get rid of this I bet you all will start ranting hard about PM removing free rewards.
People have no ideia what they want.
Problem is that those rewards are time limited, not that they exist.
Nobody hates the fact that we got achievements.
Try building stronger strawman next time.
Finally, the arguments about "low and mid players need to catch up". Well, yeah. And? Call me an elitist or whatever, but I don't see a problem with someone who's been since S1 and thrown a decent amount of $$ to PM getting a bigger cut of the achievements, while new have to grind their ass or swipe their card. About bloody time I say, some entertainment in form of MDI and a reward.
Yes, the achievements are made for veteran players. And MDI is made for veteran players or whales. You ain't welcome there if you don't have the right ID's and EGOs. New players got welcoming packs and free giveaways for newcomers to compensate.
There is going to be a window of opportunity between the start of season 6 and end of MD5 for you to reasonably get that missing ID.
You guess correctly. BL Meursault can get there. However Sinking Deluge and Time Moratorium are currently not counted for the achievement (will get patched in later, according to steam news).
Stimulates the brain and engages the player to ACTUALLY PLAY THE GODDDAMNED GAME instead of, you know, win-rate-ing to infinity and beyond..?
The Collection/Clears/Loadout sections are easy in my opinion. Though Loadouts might be a bit difficult to do if you lack the necessary IDs but hey, you can farm the Shards to get those IDs anyway and none are locked behind Walpurgis Banners, so what's the problem?
Shop is tricky, you need to have a notepad on hand and tally how many refreshes you did on your run. As well as the purchases and upgrades you did. The [S1 -> S3] mission is funny and would do so again.
Combat is where the real fun is. Reminds me of the ridiculous requirements in other games' achievements.
10 different debuffs? Walpurgis Night missions trained us hella good here.
Kill 6+ enemies in one skill? We have a couple of 5+ Atk Weight EGOs now, i think, but MB Outis and MB EGO certainly comes into mind. Thank god for the Walpurgis Night Missions for training us to do this.
10k damage? That's cute.

The only thing that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ me up here is the last one. Last Sinner Standing Mission is hard to do with it giving you only one Skill Slot due to how Chain Battles work on Focused Encounters.
Unless I'm wrong with this.
Going to test this one out with the Back-up IDs and Thrill++ Route.
EDIT:
It's also not locked behind [Clear Floor] conditions.
