Best they'll probably offer us is sweep for EXP stages (Already confirmed), sweep for Thread farming, and 2x speed and EGO animation skip.

Really tho, the animations here are definitely slower then in LoR. I get they added a bit more fancy animation work into it, but CHRIST, an x2 speed function would not go amiss.
Or a option to ensure "group combat" is always used when possible (AKA in a 3v3 all 6 units target a unique foe, and it all plays out simultaneously). It currently often decides not to use this when available in favor of fancy overkill animations (I get it, your gun goes pew pew, they blow up in guts. I've seen this ♥♥♥♥ 100 times now. Just kill them faster!)
Especially in human fights where you don't control targeting anyways, so selecting attacks feels kinda void of player thought already.
It's like I want to enjoy the characters and story, but I have to slog through janky gameplay to do so.
Ideally, I'd rather have fun playing while experiencing the story. But as things are now, I don't see much value in playing the game over watching the cutscenes online.
Apart from gacha addiction, of course.
the animations are really good and i love seeing them during the story fights, but when im farming the same dungeon for 1 hour i dont wanna see those fancy moves go off 500 times.
Speeds:
-Regular (x1):
-> As it currently is.
-Fast (x2):
-> Clashes (not attacks) are resolved 50% faster.
-> Coins & Power Effects in Clashes are instantly and silently tallied.
-> All fights play simultaneously whenever possible*. No special animations/zoom-ins**.
-> All fights also play simultaneously in Abnormality encounters (they currently don't).
-> E.G.O animations are automatically fast-forwarded at double speed***.
-> Edit: Units always move to target at high speeds to attack/clash, too.
*This tends to occur when when all/most units have different enemies to clash with, playing it all out simultaneously. Units still have to "wait their turn" if the enemy they want to attack isn't done with their current fight yet. Or if they're subject to an AOE attack, and whatnot. Or if the same unit has to fight multiple foes. Etc...
**Other unit's attacks will not be halted to display a fancy powerful skill animation.
***This normally is done by holding down LMB. If X2 speed is active, hold LMB down to play it at regular speed instead (might be useful for new E.G.O).
In Ruina battles take 1+ hour, they are not fast at all except very early stages.

If you guys want speed 2x, it means you do not enjoy game, it also means giving you 2x speed will not help to start enjoying game again. Just play different game, no?
Aside of that "speed stuff up, skip combat" - why even play the game? Go play cookie clicker to see numbers go up and watch story on youtube.
