Something's off with W corp Ryoshu
I've noticed that while using W corp Ryoshu, her D.D.E.D.R seems to ALWAYS display as a dominating clash with 12 coin power. Not only is it misleading (and messes up my win-rate spam), but it's also physically impossible for her. Has anyone else also been facing a bug like this with her or maybe other W corp units?

It's not a bug

W corp units like W Don and W Ryoshu are just the worst for winrate spamming just like R corp Ishmael because the Win rate button doesn't take skill conditionals into account. During R Corp Ishmael's hay day, we got lots of win rate spammers crying about Ishmael killing other sinners.

Read the question in the post again. Your answer is completely unrelated.
I don't believe any conditionals account into how powerful a skill is. One good example is Shi Ishmael at half HP with her skill 2, which becomes a 4 coin skill and dominates most clashes, but the coin count only applies to her 2 coin skill. However it seems like winrate gives "weight" to certain skills, such as DDER, Rip Space, etc. even when conditionals aren't met for their coin+ conditionals.

I think it was probably in some effort to make sure the win rate button would use their skill 3s ever, but winds up using them too early. Likewise Shi Ishmael under uses her skill 2 because it doesn't account for it being at twice its clash power because she's at half HP.

"Dominating" does not mean "overpover 100%" this means skill will win in most cases. I.e. 4-9 will show dominate on 0-10 (or even 11 i dont remember correct how probability are counting), and in most cases you win clash, cause multicoin skill can have some drift.
It won work in some situations, when you know enemy will get his 10 no matter what you do.
Something like that
pretty sure win rate is unreliable against negative coins, it says dominating when it should be the opposite

never trust PM rates! remember, N-CLAIR displayed hopeless on his neg coins lmao. use your gut, check the coins on your clash and check your SP. if you have 45 SP it's likely just bad luck. PM also doesn't usually take into account conditionals, which they really should, I.E Faust's AB s4 having ATK weight conditional but no yellow boxes, making it so you can't tell who is getting nuked and you have to guess if she has the highest SPD.

if you are inflicting paralyze that can also affect the display
It is indeed a bug that has popped up in the past week or two, counting both +5 coin power conditionals in the clash preview regardless of how much charge she has. Saying that, even if there is enough charge then only one +5 would be allowed to kick in anyway.
Haven't noticed it with anyone else yet but also haven't been paying too much attention.

I'm guessing this is what you mean with the bug?

Seems to be happening to some other charge dudes as well, such as crack office duo's S1 & S2

Yep, that's the oddity, glad to know it's not just me that sees this

The conditional coin power seems to be calculated twice and always actived.

A PM bug, not surprising.

It doesn't actually activate when you attack, it's just a display bug. I've noticed a few incorrect predictions recently, seems like PM broke something.

That's precisely the problem, If it was as massive as an actual gameplay bug PM would've fixed it right away. Since it isn't, it just ♥♥♥♥♥ up clash predictions so now you need to calculate which units will actually be activating any conditionals, as if you have 1 paralysis every turn
