I personally did Blade Lineage / Cinq, someone going fast enough to intercept whatever ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥'s coming with a sanity-draining dodge goes pretty far against sanity enemies, especially if they use tons of coins/coin power. As for BL Yi Sang, he ramps up quickly enough for the 2nd wave.

Remember to change Yi Sang's Zayin ego to Begone Days, the initial one is envy-fatal.

Double W is also good enough, just one-side attack Yi Sang with pierce skills, but a little luck-depent.
