-You don't have to beat her, just do your best at whittling her down to like 75-50% HP or so? I forget which. Then you just win via cutscene.

-Her worst move is gonna be that opener of hers that's nigh-impossible to beat. Get someone to guard it, or try your luck with Full-Stop Heathcliff and his insane bullet. Might take some retries until he starts with it, then it's a 50/50 chance... (Edit: Or worse odds if you want to try it with regular Headshot. I think.)
(Dunno if they changed her to always be at 45SP now, else this move was gonna put her at 45, if I recall? Would make it easier if she couldn't gain said SP, of course.)

-Since this is one of those chain battles, just bring 12 of your best dudes and fight until the last man drops. Should it come down to that.

Not sure if you have a full team of 11 level 50s, but this fight in particular can be won with pure HP numbers on your side and enough damage. When she would use a single target attack that would decimate a sinner sometimes I'd just let her and focused them on doing as much damage as they could before they'd go down.
