how the hell do i get support ids

i friended this level 90 guy, i click on sinclair and all i see is zwei assoc sinclair , anyways, after watching some videos, there's meant to be a supposed support button which simply does not appear, any help? if it matters, i am currently in The Final Problem dungeon.

You can't change supports once you've entered a dungeon.

Outside of dungeons, when you go to select a character's ID, you should see a button on top of the selection window area to the right labeled [Support] from the [ID][EGO] buttons.

Yes. You can't use Support in Intervallo Dungeons.

you need to either click support before entering a dungeon or doing it in one of those green safe zones. i dont think the latest dungeon has one so do it before entering the dungeon
