Strongest Outis and Hong Lu ID?

I was wondering what the strongest ID for these two is. My criteria are self sufficiency generalist like W Don or Red Eyes Ryoshu.

i've been using Molar office Outis and full stop Hong Lu to win rate MDH if that counts

Hong Lu is easy; Full Stop
Outis is a bit harder. I'd say its either Barber or Magic Bullet (provided you have the bullet EGO too). She's loaded with crazy good IDs so just about any of her 000 IDs are really good

Barber does have healing on all of her attacks but no defensive option besides counters, so idk how well that fits into your self sufficiency criteria

Also good. Discard Skill 3 for 3 Insight then turn bottom Skill into Defense then use only top Skill.

I prefer Full-Stop because he can pick top, bottom, or Defense Skills. Dieci is stuck with top.

moutis is getting love, but like I always say, it depends on what you're fighting. I've gotten faster runs in RR with boutis but its rng as hell (and fight specific on what you will bring) so I'll do some comparison runs

Another vote for Molar Outis, high rolls and high damage even outside a tremor team

Full Stop Hong Lu, otherwise Dieci Hong Lu if walpurgis isn't up

Molar Outis is probably the best pick, her numbers are good for pulling beatstick duty and her bad S1 doesn't matter much thanks to Discard. There's some other Outis IDs that can stand out in specific teams, but they tend to suffer badly if they aren't supported, which isn't a problem Molar has.
Hong Lu has options. If you have Full Stop he's a good pick, but really wants Full Stop Heath to back him up, and since they're Walpurgisnacht IDs you'd be waiting 3-4 months if you want to grab them.
Pretty much any Hong Lu 000 is fantastic though, so you can't really go wrong. Dieci is probably the best generalist if you use the Insight trick, TingTang has better clashing than he has any right to, or you could take K if you don't care for damage and just want an ID that takes an entirely unreasonable amount of punishment to put down.

I have Full stop Hong. Lu but I don’t want to use full stop Heath as Wildhunt serves my wants better. Should I stick with full stop or go with Dieci Hong Lu

Full Stop powercrept the game quite a bit, but I would not mind pairing up Wild Hunt with Dieci to lean in harder into various Sinking conditionals.

Dieci Hong Lu on permanent Insight 3 is just a good consistent source of damage. Unfortunately, skill 1 doesn't clash that well so you may have to go one-sided from time to time. Or play EGO, so that you don't discard a weaker skill.

full stop hong lu is still pretty good without heathcliff because he rolls really high, you'll be missing out on potential damage though

I am definitely getting Molar Office Outis because I’m sick of using barber Outis on non-bleed teams. She doesn’t scale enough damage unless she had other bloodfiends and Molar Outis seems more suited to independent damage.

For Outis it's either molar or MB. MB has a slower start and peaks as long as the battle progresses. Molar can dish out damage from the get go.

For hong lu, it is FS rn, especially paired with Heathcliff.
