Rupture I'd say. Although, anything goes against him I guess, he isnt particularly difficult. Except tremor, it will be a slog fest with tremor.

He isn't really that tough especially Base ID's can beat him with no problems if you choose the right order of passive downgrades you give him but when it comes to which would be the fastest, I would agree with others that Rapture is a nice speed.

SP steal > Shield > Poise
If you can stay at 45 SP or running sinking then you can swap SP steal and Shield. They're roughly equal in usefulness.
Poise just weakens his observation effect

idk, personally i found the shield to be the better choice to disable first, you often dont even get to the second pick because you can actually do damage to him instead of wittling his bubble

I'm sorry to say the day of rapture is still far away for the city...

If you are doing MD run a burn team and try to get the EGO gift "Glimpse of Flame" turn one 2.6k damage (he had 99 burn and 6 count).

Alternatively he's weak to gluttony so getting the EGO gift "Thrill" might also work

how are you guys having an easy time? i went against him in a mirror dungeon and won, but it took like an hour and a half of combat. chose the correct debuff order by chance but neither of us could do any damage.

disable shield first, sp drain is just a minor inconvenience compared to having 90% of your dmg absorbed by the shield

Like, the event dungeon or MD? Event dungeon kinda railroad you into rupture and burn. MD just about anything goes beside maybe tremor as long as you stack the tier 4 gifts
