Poise is also a good way, with Clear Mirror, Calm Water;Old Dopo Robe;Lucky Pouch;and some other things is OK.

using Blade Lineage is totally enough to solve hohenheim.(you can never image a simple skill that hold 40+ points and can deal 500+ damage, with this trend hohenheim will get in stagger before his first AOE phase,that is you can use P to fight with him without getting stuck by its mid events. )

But if it is in Event Dungeon.

I'll recommend using bleed Vampire team(4 la-mancaland ids and any other two bleed ids );
with Wound Clerid and Phlebotomy Pack is enough,it is a could-pass set,but if you could have the enough Luck ,the T4 bleed gift is also a good help to speed up the fight.
