I wonder when we're going to meet a new one because in every game we have met at least one new one with Lob corp it was Garion, with LoR it was Zena, maybe in Paradiso we will meet one and learn more about them.

The thing is, if we want to meet them. It mean we are already impurity of the city.

It power is so high that it mostly appear at the end.

So if we go to war with the head. We gonna know alot more.

We can't really tell if any of those have a gender tbh. Maybe both of them are like angels from Dogma, no gender.

You do NOT want an arbiter to meet the SInners because that would mean they broke one of the Head Taboos and that is 99% of the time a dead end

Zena is my favorite arbiter, I love her even more than the arbiter from Arby n' The Chief.

Is it possible for an arbiter to work with the Limbus Company? They seem too far ahead when it comes to the boughs and Dante's reviving ability could still be considered a taboo by some without someone close to the head giving them a pass
