LCB checkup is the worst event/intervalo
enough said. some of the ex missions, notably 7.5-7, are the worst ones i've ever seen. You have to defeat tree waves of peccatulum, but you can't even clear the third wave without the damned thing just guarding and wiping your sinners from the fight. and 7.5-9, you try to not take any hits at all.

1. Have the Sinner being targeted not attack the [Part].
Example:
The [Hand] is targetting its [Evade] on Mersault.
The Evade won't trigger if Mersault attacks the [Head] instead of the [Hand]
2. If it only has one [Part] and attacking other [Part]s isn't possible, "Clash" it with a Defensive Skill.
Basic Clashing Rules apply here. If the Speed of the Sinner that grabs the targetting arrow of the Defensive Skill is higher than the Skill itself, it will be redirected as if it's like a Clash.
Putting a Defensive Skill against a Guard or Evade will [Offset] it, neutralizing the Defensive Skill from being used.
Counters are special case since it activates automatically by any attack that goes through. Unopposed Attacks are included. They can [Offset] though, if you used it on their Evade/Guard. The otherway around doesn't.
3. If there's other [Part]s, have the Sinner being targeted by that Guard/Evade attack a different [Part]. Have no one attack the Defense Skill afterwards, otherwise it will activate on that Sinner and negates the purpose of switching [Part]s.

you're late

Wow, it's almost like not everyone started playing the game on release day.
The battles might be harder but it is definitely a lot more interesting story-wise than Crab intervallo, aka how to piss off Ishmael for the entire next Canto.

you can offset guards and evades to prevent them from activating, y'know?
counters will not activate if you don't hit the enemy or you kill/satgger them with 1 attack

Not what they're talking about. People threw a hissy fit about a couple stages in Regular Check Up as it was coming out. As this has been posted weeks or months later, they're 'late' to the faction complaining about the stages.

like placing a defense skill on an opponent's defense coin?

tried that before in other encounters, and they still defended

I mean many of us have already beaten using base sinner.

Just no EX but still can go to the next event no problem.

I think alot good way to beat them knowing which you can take the hit and not.

Some attack it just not worth clashing.

If you want help you can say your help I plan it out.

Yeah. If you use a non-counter defense skill against another non-counter defense skill, they will 'Offset' and NEITHER of them will activate. They have to 'clash' eachother though. If you retarget and someone else is clashing with the defense, it won't work.

(Funnily enough, a few of the earlier bosses were designed with this interaction in mind as the strat for how to beat them)

yes if you don't outspeed the target obviously it isnt going to work. thats how a defense skill works, if an unopposed attack is from a skill slot with lower speed than the "offset" defense skill, it will be used. you have had 7 cantos of catch-up to watch the combat happen and notice this

because it seems like exploit.
Or you think that CIRCLE evade is a not a exploit? hahahaha
Pm just do not fix that bugs, because it allows people to play the game without Heavy donate. But one day they would touch circle evade.

Go back in time for a month and a half and then complain. We've heard all of this before.
