Daily reset time has been pushed by 1 hour ?
In France, it went from 10 PM to 11 PM. Not very convenient.

Does anyone know if it's a permanent thing ?

i hate timezone swapping every so often too
Daylight Saving Time.
That's just the ol' daylight savings crap where clocks go forward or back by a hour. Blame your country or local government for that. It may differ per country, but it keeps flip-flopping between the two values generally (depending on the time of the year).

I don't think I've ever seen the update/bonus reset time change from what it is, on PM's end. You'll just have to wait a little longer.

Right, Korea is one of a few countries that doesn't do Daylight Savings at all and therefore doesn't adjust their clocks for anything at any time of year. If you practice it where you are then you have to remember to make adjustments accordingly.

Only 34 percent of countries observe DST.
Ugh, why daylight savings are even a thing? It is some old WW1 idea that doesn't improve anything.

Oops, I totally missed that. Yeah, it's mainly an inconvenience without much benefits.
