3 star Guaranteed Decaextraction Tickets and Walpurgisnacht
Do the 3 Star Guaranteed Decaextraction ticket's pull probabilities expand to include walpurg units when it is a walpurg, or is it just standard banner stuff and seasonal ID's that have entered standard banner no matter when it is?

They do. I got a Hook Hong Lu duplicate of one of these as proof of concept.
Very unlikely to win big, but worth a shot anyway.
