Specifically, going MDInfinite makes being able to craft it basically guaranteed if you target it (though I personally never did since I'd rather keep the damage memories and sin fragments). But if one's just going for the achievement, they can just end the run after they craft it anyways lol.
Dispited being a "Fusion" it does not stop you from regetting the Damage type memories/Sin fragments used)
But yea its generally advised to craft it, or get lucky
The "Chance Comet" gives you free fusion material every floor and also encourages you to craft high tier gifts. With that, it's very likely you can get all the Lunar Memory parts.
You also need a super-shop, because the fusion itself requires 5 slots. Extend the run beyond 5 floors if you don't make it in time.
