When we will receive Color Fixers and grade 1 Identities

The short answer is not soon. Long answer below

Now we at a point in the game where adding Identities based on Pierre and Jack (Library of Ruina Urbun Myth level threat) i.e. one of the weakest opponents in LOR is a valuable addition to the team.
In terms of the biggest threat that the Sinners have dealt with, this is an incredibly weakened waw level anomaly.
And the biggest threat in general was the Kromers Distortion which defeated all the Sinners and the only reason we survived was Demian.
Based on this information, we can assume our current level of power in the game. Kromers Distortion can hardly be compared with Fhilips Distortion (Urban Nightmare level threat) at the moment of the reception.
We can say with confidence that we will not receive Color Fixers Identities for a long time. My prediction is when we have a chance to get them.

Optimistic: 1st Anniversary

Realistic: Chapter 9+

At the same time I want to talk about grade 1 fixer identities. Just because we have Liu association identities does not mean that we already have strong identities. In Library of Ruina we fought Liu Association Section 1 which only had 1 grade 1 fixer Xiao. The rest were grade 2 (Chun and Miris) and grade 3. Now we have Liu Association Section 5 in which fixers above grade 5 should not be presented. In LOR Walter grade 5 fixer was the director of Zwei South Section 6 and his team (Julia and Isadora) grade 6 fixer. Based on this line of thought, Seven Section 6 Director Outis is also a grade 5 fixer like Walter director of Zwei South Section 6

Maximum level is 30, maximum uptie is 3. We already have "color grade" fixer as default Limbus ID's any content ahead will be clearable with them. So we can receive "color" ID at any time since there is no correlation with powerlevel because we already at the top of achievable in game.

I'm talking about in universe power and not about in game power. We use ID's from mirror worlds and it's not clear at what point in the game we will get access to strong mirror worlds ID's. Tingtang Gangleader Hong Lu might be stronger than R Corp. Ishmael in terms of gameplay, but not according to the logic of how fighters are evaluated within the setting

imagine black silent ID and other Co lour Fixer Id, sure it took long time to wait but it will coming soon or later, the true goal of this game to explore all district.

a Group of Distortions Organizations Can be "ID"not just grade 1 fixer & Colour Fixer, Because The 8 o'Clock Circus & The Reverberation Ensemble exist.

Technically the most powerful fight they have had to deal with is My Form Empties, a refracted WAW-level threat, but it isn't clear how powerful refracted WAW abnormalities are in relation to their non-refracted counterpart, and it is still in question that the Refraction Railway is even canon beyond journal entries

The thing a lot of people kinda seem to miss when talking about these "high level" ID's is that at the end of the game this is a gacha. Powerful or down broken ♥♥♥♥ like that is bound to be anniversary exclusive/limited if they want to make the most out of it seeing how much people want this. Plus currently there are about 3 known Colors in Limbus besides the ones from LoR, those being Verga, Siegfried and green color fixer that Don mentions i forgot her name so, selection ain't that big anyway. I hardly doubt they will bring back super strong characters from previous games in form of ID's.

I thought Siegfried was a High level Fixer like Grade 2 or 1? I don't recall him being considered a color.

I thought Siegfried was a High level Fixer like Grade 2 or 1? I don't recall him being considered a color.

Well, judging by his persona and dialogue as well the interaction with Verga one could argue he is one, although there's no clear confirmation about his "status" so yeah, i'll just lay it off as an assumption from my side, but i really don't think he's a grade 1/2 fixer if you compare the ♥♥♥♥ he did to Sinners and how a 1/2 grade fixer looked like in LoR. Besides, notice how Don aka Color fixer fanatic behaves when she sees Siegfried.

Gacha power levels are based on what sells.

If they do a summer event with swimsuit IDs and EGOs, they will be more powerful than anything else because it's what sells.

I'm not accounting for ones where it makes sense.

I'm predicting, clearly, explicitly, there will be at least 2 EGOs which are upscaled, for no reason and against canon, just because they're fanservice. Such is the existence of gacha games. The new things must always be more powerful than the previous.
