Can I pause boss dungeon, lvl up, and come back to beat the boss?

Currently stuck with Krooomer boss fight, I can make it through phase 1 intact but never phase 2. Figuered I was abit under lvl anyways (highest being R heath at lvl21, others are LCB faust, kurokumo honglu, kurokumo rodion, g outis, all around lvl 20), so I am planing to do more mirror dungeon and excavation to lvl up.
However Im not sure if my team stat would be updated when I go back to the boss fight, or do I need to start the whole dungeon again? (please dont be the latter one this dungeon is so freakishly long)

honestly the most dificult part is her first face, someone stab/pride recistant can help
also Yi sang Ego for speed

Unless specifically said (Like the railway) All Levels/thread levels will carry over to the current using sinners.

Yeah my team is normal/resistant to both stab and pride, but it mostly came down to not high enough number so they always lose clash. Thanks for the speed head up, definitely forgot that about Yisang
